How fight night runs
Prelims start on most TVs around 5:30. Main card flips to surround sound at 7 sharp. By the time walkouts hit, every TV in the room is on the same fight. Crowd cheers, kitchen runs wings on a separate fight-night ticket so they come out fast.
The fight-night kit
Order before walkouts: a dozen wings, Super Nachos, fried pickles, a round of micheladas and the table is set. Add $4 micheladas (Saturday Banda Night specials carry over) and $20 beer buckets to keep it moving.
Reserving a booth
For title fights (Adesanya, Pereira, Topuria, anything with a main eventer near a belt), call (623) 312-2252 at least 24 hours out. We'll save a booth near a TV and start the wing order so it's hot when you sit down.
